Usages

Command	Permission	Description
/rtp	nextrtp.command.rtp	Execute random teleport (by default all players will have it)
/rtp reload	nextrtp.command.reload	Reload the plugin
/rtp sudo [player]	nextrtp.command.sudo	Execute random teleport at the player argument
/rtp world [world]	nextrtp.command.world	Execute random teleport at the world argument
/rtp world [world] sudo [player]	nextrtp.command.world_sudo	Execute random teleport at the world argument and at player argument
